This policy covers the apps and websites published under parck.org. They fall into two groups, because they work very differently and are owned by different parties:
Locus Energy is the data controller. The app, the data it displays, and the accounts that access it all belong to Locus Energy. Locus decides what is collected and why.
David Parck (parck.org) is the developer, engaged by Locus Energy to build and maintain the app. In data-protection terms parck.org acts as a processor: it handles personal data only on Locus Energy's instructions, does not use it for any purpose of its own, and holds no ownership of the app, its data or its intellectual property. parck.org also distributes the app and is the registered trader for it in the EU, which is why it ships under a parck.org developer account and why this policy is hosted here. Being the trader concerns who offers the app; it does not change who controls your data, which remains Locus Energy.
If you want to exercise your rights over your data, contact Locus Energy at contact@locus.energy — they are the party who can act on it. Requests sent via the support page will be forwarded, but going directly to Locus Energy will always be faster.

All of it exists to run the app and nothing else. None of it is used for advertising, marketing, profiling or any form of tracking, and none of it is sold or shared with data brokers.
These providers handle data on Locus Energy's behalf in order to run the service:
The assistant is optional; if you don't use it, no conversations are processed. Feedback is only sent when you actively submit it. Signing in is not optional, because the app has nothing to show without knowing who you are.
If you're in the EU/EEA you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to how it's processed. Account data is held for as long as your account is active. Because Locus Energy is the controller, address these requests to contact@locus.energy, or via the support page, which will pass them on.
Everything else published under parck.org collects nothing. No accounts, no analytics or tracking scripts, no advertising identifiers, no third-party trackers. If one of those apps needs to remember something — settings, preferences, your own content — it stays on your device, never leaves it, and we have no way to access it.
parck.org is hosted by Vercel, whose servers may process standard technical request logs (such as IP addresses) as part of serving the site, as with any website. We do not access or use those logs to identify anyone.
None of these apps are directed at children. Locus Energy Dashboard is a business tool available only to Locus Energy staff and clients, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
If an app changes in a way that affects privacy, this page will be updated before that change ships, and the "last updated" date above will reflect it.
